Destination Wedding at Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado

Abby & Wes were a sweet couple from Chicago who decided to cancel their plans on having a traditional wedding in Chicago, instead fly to Colorado to elope in Rocky Mountain National Park with their immediate family and closest friends.
When they contacted me and told me about their plans, I was in awe. I knew this would be a fabulous and romantic wedding. Exactly what the couple was looking for. They also told me that one of my favorite photographers Alyssa Reinhold was capturing their wedding, I knew they would get some amazing Colorado-scenery wedding photos. And girl, was I right or what.
I never met Abby in-person before the wedding day. All the planning was done via emails and phone calls. When I dropped off the wedding flowers, I almost cried as Abby looked so beautiful (just as I had imagined her) and stunning in her lace dress and teardrop earrings. Abby wanted to have a white and green cascading bouquet which we designed with peonies, garden roses, ranunculus, and hellebores. A few months before her wedding, she mailed me a piece of lace from her mother's wedding dress which we used to wrap the bouquet. The bouquet was a perfect compliment to her feminine wedding day appearance.
